I, the parent / guardian, give permission to be photographed, filmed or interviewed during any event or program run by the Sikh Society of Calgary (SSOC). The SSOC will not materially alter the original images. I consent to the use or reproduction of photographs and footage of the aforementioned participant for a variety of promotional purposes. I agree that SSOC owns the images and all rights related to them.
