We will be taking some photo's during these events and would like to use them on our website or external media, please read and agree with the following statement. I, the parent / guardian, give permission to be photographed, filmed or interviewed during any event or program run by the Sikh Society of Calgary (SSOC). The SSOC will not materially alter the original images. I consent to the use or reproduction of photographs and footage of the aforementioned participant for a variety of promotional purposes.
